The Emergency Preparedness Mobile Applications (EPMA) was designed to aid three target audiences: PG&E first responders, community first responders, and excavators. It includes training, education and response, and provides checklists, training videos, reference materials. The EPMA provides educational materials to first responders via their iPhone or iPad, such as "just-in-time" training vignettes and other related documents.
